All bookings are based on a minimum number of hours, and any requested overtime is negotiated separately in advance or on site.
Any holidays or holiday events are always negotiated at separate rates regardless of website pricing guidelines or information. (Even if it is your "scheduled" weekly karaoke night at your venue).
Sound Of The Times uses contracts for all private events, and no event is considered "booked" until there is a fully executed signed contract, and a paid reservation fee.
Any events that total $300.00 or less must be paid in full upon reservation.
